Incremental & resource management game simulating how MSF open and closes projects. Click to gain money and hire doctors to go on emergency missions. Money can also be used to upgrade your clicking power to gain more money per click. Completing emergency missions rewards reputation points which you can use to attract donors. Donors give you money every second.
